Reels to Recipes is run by Sahil Sharma. This page explains what I collect, why, and how long I keep it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What I collect

• Details you send me: your name, Instagram handle, email, the links you share, and your WhatsApp number if you give it.
• Your videos: the reels you share so I can make your book.
• Site analytics: this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses cookies and does not tell me who you are.

How I use it

• To make your sample book and, if you go ahead, your final book.
• To contact you about your book, your sales and your payouts.

I don’t sell your details, and I don’t use them for anything else.

Your videos

• Used only to make your book: transcribed and turned into recipes, and still frames taken for photos.
• Never posted, published or shared publicly.
• Processed with third-party speech-to-text and AI services, which receive the audio and still frames only to return the transcript and recipe text.
• Deleted 30 days after your final book is delivered, or straight away if you decide not to go ahead.

Your sample book

Sample books are shared by a private, unlisted link that search engines are told not to index. Nothing is published without your sign-off.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the details and videos I hold for you. Email [email protected] and I’ll act on it within 7 days.
